Our aim is to provide a relaxed, supportive, no-pressure environment where you can:

🤍 Have your baby’s growth charts and Red Book centiles explained
🤍 Ask questions about breastfeeding, bottle feeding or mixed feeding
🤍 Discuss any feeding concerns or worries
🤍 Receive evidence-based advice and reassurance from experienced professionals
🤍 Feel listened to, supported and confident in your baby’s feeding journey

There are no silly questions, and you don’t need to have a concern to come along. Sometimes it’s just lovely to have reassurance that you’re doing okay. 💕

💛 Meet The Feeding Circle💛

Hi, I’m Naomi, founder of The Feeding Circle - an Infant Feeding Coach & Tongue Tie Practitioner supporting families across Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury, Wilton and surrounding areas.

As a Registered Children's Nurse and experienced infant feeding professional, I have worked alongside families and babies for many years. I’m also currently an Infant Feeding Lead within the NHS, alongside running The Feeding Circle.

I understand that feeding your baby doesn’t always go the way you expected it to - and sometimes you just need someone to listen, take the time to understand what’s happening and help you work out a way forward. 💛

At The Feeding Circle, I offer personalised support with:

👅 Tongue tie assessment & treatment
✨ Latching, positioning & attachment
✨ Pumping & expressing support

My approach is calm, supportive, evidence-informed and completely individualised. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to feeding, and my aim is always to help you feel informed, confident and supported in the choices that are right for you and your baby.

I offer home visits, making support as convenient as possible for families, as well as ongoing support following appointments.

I also run a free, friendly infant feeding support group every Monday from 9:30–11:00am at Parkwood Health & Fitness in The Wood Bar.

The group is open to all parents, whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding or combination feeding. It’s a relaxed space to meet other parents, chat about feeding and baby life, ask questions and have a cuppa. ☕️

Whether you’re preparing for your baby, experiencing feeding difficulties, wondering about a possible tongue tie, or simply want some reassurance and support, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

📍 SUPPORT GROUP VENUE UPDATE

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Parkwood venue is currently closed until further notice. Unfortunately, this is beyond my control, but I really want to keep our Monday support group going 💛

I’ve managed to secure The Wood Bar at Five Rivers Health & Wellbeing Centre as a temporary venue, so we can keep the group running and hopefully maintain the same relaxed, welcoming feel while Parkwood is closed.

✨ For now, the details are:

⏰ 9:30–11:00am

The group will continue to be a friendly space for parents and babies to come along, chat, connect and get feeding support - whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combination feeding or just looking for a friendly face and a cuppa. 🤍

For now, Monday mornings are still going ahead — just at a new venue! 🫶
