Talking Tuesdays 😊 we are very excited to announce that we have recruited two new Community Health and Wellbeing Workers to join our team in partnership with SCORE PCN

We have been commissioned by the ICB for a further two years to continue our community Health and Wellbeing work which means:

Continuation of our three weekly baby groups 💚

Continuation of our pop up Health Hubs ❤️

Additional work in our neighbourhoods to improve the health and wellbeing of our residents 🧡

We are so proud of our partnership work with four local GP surgeries and the impact we are having on our communities 💙

Following on from our successful Health Hubs out in the community . We are excited to share information regarding our new hubs running in Barrowcliff & Eastfield .

Run by Zoe & Lisa, they will be supportive groups covering a range of topics such as nutrition, sleep, movement and mental health.

Starting on Monday 1st June at Barrowcliff 1-3pm and Manham Hill on Friday, 5th June 10-12.

Please come along for a chat, you can get weighed, have your blood pressure checked and talk about food choices. You may have had a recent diagnosis of Diabetes and may need some support. You may want to look at reducing your ultra processed food intake. You may want to move more but need some motivation.

We had a great Health Hub session at Scarborough Library yesterday, with some meaningful conversations—listening to what really matters to people and supporting them to take positive steps for their health and wellbeing ❤️
