An amazing weekend away learning the skill of reflexology for lymphatic drainage (RLD) as developed by the very talented Sally Kay.
This is an award winning reflexology technique focusing on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet, to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care.
Sally's studies showed RLD had a significant impact on reducing lymphoedema swelling caused by breast cancer surgery.
RLD is therefore effective for, not only cancer patients/survivors, but also for anyone suffering lymphoedema for any other reason.
Based on the principles of MLD (manual lymphatic drainage), it is therefore also helpful for clients suffering conditions such as:

Chronic fatigue
Fibromyalgia

Muscular tension
