At the centre of POR is self trust. A element that is missing in huge amounts in our current society. It’s about not attaching our worth to external things, or people, or opinions. It’s about knowing we are valued, deserving and have worth regardless of what anyone else thinks.
I hadn’t realised I was already embodying this within the Aluna Method, because honestly I was just doing what I felt was right and noticing that it was having massive impact on women’s lives.
Learning about POR and getting to know Emily (and also Bec who joined her) has changed my life. I’ve learned that I matter. That I can trust myself, my actions and my intentions. That I can trust others to do right by themselves and that has nothing to do with me. I’ve learned that I am always always held and supported. And that the more we see abundance around us, in everything, the more we see.
Which is why when they asked me to host some workshops at their Sri Lanka retreat this winter, despite being a mum of 2 Primary age kids, and running my own business, it had to be a yes!
I’m beyond excited to allow the other attendees to experience movement through the Aluna lens over an entire week! But I’m also curious as to what the week will help me delve further into, and for rest!
There’s still a space if you want to come too. It’s going to be something really magical! And I’m still pinching myself that I’ve been invited!
