When life gets busy, it’s easy to lose sight of each other.

Between work, children, routines and the never-ending mental load, relationships can sometimes start to feel more like managing a household together than being a couple.

But reconnecting doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, it starts with simply pausing, listening and understanding each other a little better.

We’re bringing together two highly experienced facilitators in couples therapy and life coaching to deliver a practical, insightful and interactive workshop designed to help you:

✨ Understand the pressures you’re both carrying.
✨ Recognise patterns that can create tension or distance.
✨ Communicate your needs more openly, without blame.
✨ Develop greater empathy and share responsibilities more intentionally.
✨ Find ways to reconnect, even when life feels overwhelming.

Our facilitators will share their professional knowledge, experience and practical tools to help you take what you learn beyond the workshop and into everyday life.

This isn’t about finding fault or fixing one person. It’s about understanding each other, working as a team and making space for your relationship again.

Pause. Listen. Reconnect.

💬 Comment LOAD below if you’d be interested in joining us or would like to receive more information.

And if someone comes to mind who you think could benefit from this workshop, please share this post with them.

Feeling heavy, puffy or a bit sluggish? 🤍

Your lymphatic system helps carry waste and excess fluid away from your tissues, and it has no pump of its own. Gentle, rhythmic touch can encourage that natural flow.

Swipe through to see how our lymphatic drainage treatments work:
✨ Manual drainage: feather-light, slow strokes that follow the lymphatic pathways
🪵 Wood therapy: contoured paddles, rollers and cups that sculpt and smooth
🌿 Tailored to you: pressure and focus areas adapted to your body and goals

Clients tell us they leave feeling lighter, calmer and refreshed. Many people book it as a deeply relaxing treat, and it may also help ease puffiness and support circulation.

Ready to feel lighter? Book your session at Woodside Wellness Rooms in Sidcup via the link in our bio or at woodsidewellnessrooms.co.uk 🍂

Individual results vary. Please let us know about any health conditions when booking.

🍂 Sometimes your body notices the change of season before your mind does.

Shorter days, less daylight and a change in routine can affect our mood, energy, sleep and motivation more than we realise.

If you’ve been feeling:
• Low or flat
• Tired and heavy
• Drawn to comfort
• Overwhelmed or withdrawn
• Less motivated than usual

Know that you’re not alone, and it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.

A few simple things can help: morning daylight, a steady routine, gentle movement and staying connected to people you trust.

And if things feel harder than usual, you don’t have to navigate it alone. At Woodside Wellness Rooms we offer talking and wellness therapies to support your mind and body whatever the weather.

Save this for the days you need the reminder, and share it with someone who might need it this autumn.

What’s the first thing you notice when the seasons change? 🍂

Wondering what actually happens when you reach out? Here’s a quick look. 🌿

Before you commit to anything, we offer a free discovery call: a relaxed 15–20 minute chat to help you get a feel for how we work, ask any questions, and talk through what’s brought you here.

There’s no pressure and nothing you need to prepare. It’s simply a space to talk, openly and confidentially, so you can decide if it feels right for you.

If it does, we’ll usually offer you more than one therapist option, so you can choose who feels like the best fit; then go ahead and book your first session whenever you’re ready.

📞 Ready to take that first step? Book your free discovery call today — link in bio, or send us a message.
