Ladies… I’m thinking 🤔💗

Do you ever feel like being a woman comes with so much to navigate?
Our hormones, our moods, our energy, our periods, PMS, perimenopause, menopause… feeling tired but wired, trying to look after everyone else while remembering to look after ourselves too!
And sometimes you just want a little bit of “me time” and some simple things that might help you feel a bit more supported. 🌸

So I’m thinking about putting together a really relaxed Women’s Wellness Workshop — nothing too serious, no pressure, just women getting together, having a chat, learning a little and taking some time for themselves.
I’d love to share some of the ways essential oils can be used as part of your everyday wellness routine, and we’d have a bit of fun creating our own roller blend to take home.

There are some lovely blends around things like PMS, menopause, feeling wired but tired, relaxation, confidence, energy and simply taking a bit of time for yourself. 💕
I’m not planning anything just yet… I’m really just putting the feelers out to see if it’s something women would actually fancy.

Bringing natural oils into my Reiki practice 🌿

I’m really pleased to be using doTERRA essential oils in my home! I love that doTERRA oils are made from natural plant ingredients and are medically tested.

I’ll soon be learning more about how I can thoughtfully incorporate the oils into Reiki sessions, with the aim of adding another layer of relaxation, wellbeing and sensory experience for my clients and in the future, and their animals 🐕🐈🐎❤️

I’m excited to continue learning and discovering new ways to enhance the Reiki experience, while always keeping the focus on creating a peaceful, nurturing space.✨🙏

I’ll be sharing more about my journey with the oils soon!🌿

✨🌙 SAMHAIN – JOURNEY THROUGH THE VEIL 🌙✨
A Guided Meditation with Cacao

On the evening of 31st October, join me at Mary’s Meadows as we honour the ancient spiritual tradition of Samhain — a time of transition, remembrance and new beginnings. 🍂🕯️

Traditionally, Samhain marked the turning of the seasons and was believed to be a time when the veil between worlds was at its thinnest.

Together, we’ll begin by sharing cacao, opening our hearts and creating a beautiful sacred space before being guided on a journey through the veil. 🤎✨

This will be an opportunity to pause, reflect and honour those who have walked before us. Within the meditation, you’ll be gently invited to connect with the memory or presence of loved ones in spirit, ancestors or guides in whatever way feels meaningful to you.

Just a little update from me 🌺

I’ve opened up a few spaces in October for Reiki and Intuitive Art, so I thought I’d mention it on here for anyone who might be interested or has been wondering what I’ve been offering.

Reiki can be a lovely way to relax, ease tension and create a sense of calm and wellbeing. ✨
I also offer Reiki in the comfort of your own home around Sleaford and the surrounding areas, which can be really nice if you’d rather receive it in your own space.

And then there’s the Intuitive Art, which I absolutely love. 🎨 Each piece comes through differently. There isn’t really a set way of doing it — I just let the artwork unfold and see where it takes me.

Now to find a frame for him and crack on practicing portraits once my small person goes to sleep! 🎨🖌️
