I'm Barbara and I own Barbara Complementary Health & Beauty Studio. It's a cruelty-free, vegetarian and vegan, home based holistic and beauty salon. I offer ladies a huge selection of complementary therapies including Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Indian Head massage, Hot Stone therapy, and Ear Candling. I specialise too, in skin care with Holistic facials and just love creating and formulating so many products to use during treatments and for you to purchase as part of your skin care regimen at home.

"I'll give you three guesses and a clue", replied Nancy with a little twinkle in her eye.
"Oh go on then. are you off shopping?"
"Nope!"
"Meeting a friend for coffee?"
"Not today."
"Now let me think...... Oh I know. You're off for some pampering aren't you?"
Nancy smiled. "Bingo! I'm off to see Barbara for a little me-time. You know Flora we spend so much time looking after everyone, we sometimes forget to look after ourselves."
"What are you having done?"
"Now that would be telling you my little secret. But I will come out feeling relaxed, refreshed and thoroughly spoilt."
"You know what? I think it's about time I treated myself too."
"Then why not come along with me next time? There's nothing like a little time just for you. Because you deserve pampering too!"
"I could see about having something done to this face of mine, couldn't I?"
