One from the recent sessions 🖤💀🗡️
Skull, dagger and peonies, a really fun mix of dark and delicate elements. I loved working on the contrast between the bold, heavier skull and dagger and the softer detail in the flowers.

Always enjoy pieces like this where there’s a bit of everything to play with. Thanks for trusting me with this one! 🌸

A little gothic witchcraft for the feed 🕯️🦋
With spooky season almost upon us, I thought it was about time to dig this one out and give her a little time in the spotlight.

A witchy portrait I tattooed previously, featuring a candle, skull and moths, all worked up in an illustrative blackwork style. 🖤

Always love getting the chance to work on dark, gothic imagery like this and this one felt especially fitting with Halloween just around the corner. From design to finished tattoo, I love getting to see how these pieces translate onto skin!

The Knight and the Moth

Tattoo Concept flash inspired by the book “The Knight and the Moth”, Rachel Gillig has become one of my favourite authors so quickly, I really recommend reading her books, her worlds and characters are so beautifully curated, you can’t help but get entirely emotionally invested in all of it. I will tell you I have never been so stressed reading a story in my life, this lady loves a cliffhanger! But I genuinely fell in love with the gothic medieval feel of this book and wanted to create a flash sheet that embodied how I saw it in my head.
I knew I had to include depictions of Sybil, Rory, Bartholomew and the omens and honestly I had more I wanted to draw, but I thought we could start with these designs and see if anyone would be interested.

🦉 Realistic black & grey owl piece done over one day session, I love creating big, bold tattoos like this, strong contrast, plenty of detail, and lots of room to really bring the piece to life.

They say money can’t buy happiness… but it can buy a tattoo, and I’m here to help with that. 😂
You’ve got the idea, I’ve got the needles, and between us we’re about to make a decision you’ll be carrying around for the rest of your life.

You lose some money, gain some ink, and suddenly your problems feel slightly more manageable.

Is it responsible? Probably not.
Is it worth it? I’ll let you decide.

I’m an artist, primarily a tattoo artist, who specialises in black and grey realism and illustrative blackwork.
I’ve always loved drawing and creating, and tattooing has given me a way to turn that into something I get to do every day.

I’m constantly inspired by the things around me, from paintings and photography to nature, anatomy, film, books and music.

I love the process of taking an idea and figuring out how I can make it work as a tattoo, while still keeping it recognisably mine.

I’m always learning, experimenting and pushing my work in different directions, and I think that’s one of my favourite things about being an artist.
