Sync, sweat, shift!

Me in my absolute element, holding space while everyone gets out of their heads and into their bodies. In everything I do, I always prioritise time to drop back into the body and reconnect with our naturall rhythm. Why? Because in just 6 to 10 minutes of tuning in, listening to a rhythmic beat, with phones off, and eyes closed, we can experience a reduction in stress levels by nearly 20%

Put on an electronic dance mix with heavy percussion and a rhythmic, grounding bass, something you can tap to, and this is your way back home to your body. Its how you quieten the mind, regulate the nervous system and complete the stress cycle. When you tap the beat into your body with intention and tune in you focus in HOW it makes you FEEL, noticing
Where am youre stressed. Where youre bracing?
Where the tension is sitting. Where the pain and discomfort is lurking.

That's what your body's been trying to tell you all along. You just miss it when you're in your head. Heartbeat, breathing, and brainwaves fall in step with the beat, and that's how we bring you shift and reset. Before we've even got up to dance it out, the magic of music is working. The medicine is going down and landing before we move.

And when we do this all together, a beautiful thing happens where WE become ONE. Physiological syncrony brings us together as we all connect with the same beat. Music is MAGIC!
Out of our heads, into our bodies.
Rewire, release, reset.

PUMPKIN PATCH PARTY

Join me in the meadows where the golden sun glows, the pumpkins are ripe and the autumn breeze blows!
Tomorrow 13th October we're heading to the fields, to see what this pumpkin-patch harvest yields.
Spoiler: it's stories, song, giggles and play,
and a very good roll in the hay!

We'll be telling tales through baby massage, soft movement, music and song, with sensory-rich play all around the Curiosity Patch.
Will there be pumpkin puns? Absolutely.
Are they gourd-geous? Obviously!

We've got 4 spaces left in Lullaby Baby Massage and Sensory Seekers! Whether you've got a little baby or an older sitting wriggling baby, come and join us.

Wear something cosy, bring your little pumpkins, and come to celebrate autumn with us!

Last week was a big one...

There was a lot of Music is Medicine and Rave Reset happening, and in all the excitement and joy of it, I completely forgot to share these lovely photos from the Curiosity Patch!
So for some of you who might be wondering what it is I actually do: the arc of everything is nervous system regulation through different modalities.

For the grown-ups, that might be finding your joy on the dance floor at my Rave Resets, using the Music is Medicine methodology Mimh Quân

For the younger people in our village, it's the softer modalities i lean into, with infant massage, soft movement, music, song, rhyme, and sensory play to tell a story in our immersive mini world. Regulation through joyful play, and connection with your little ones, as we take you on an experience.

And last week's experience was a trip into the dark wood, full of mini beasts and creepy crawlies, with plenty of textures for little hands to explore. The children got stuck right in. Not one of them was scared of the spiders or the cobwebs. They were off, hunting for hidden bugs, rustling through the leaves and exploring every texture with total joy and boldness.

What I love most is watching our regulars grow. Week by week, the little ones who come along are becoming more curious, bolder in their adventuring and more confident in themselves. That's what happens when children feel safe enough to explore at their own pace. Feeling safe enough to be playful......thays whay im all about!

Cradle to community, one moment at a time.

Alright! Alright! Alright!

It's so exciting seeing a luttle flurry of new followers, and its such a joy to welcome you to my little colourful corner of the world!

For the last 10 years I've been running well-being classes for babies, toddlers, children
and their grown ups. That slowly grew into a real passion for nervous system regulation, play and creativity, from birth all the way up to community. I'm the founder of The Village Hub , a well-being and regulation space for everyone in the village, and im also a Movement and Music Is Medicine practitioner, running my Rave Resets online, in person and in collaborative projects. Whether Im yea hing weekly classes in the studio, running workshops, or exploring beautiful collaborations, i absolutely LOVE what i do, and feel so proud of the journey ive been on to get here.

You might know me as:
☆ CoCo from baby, toddler and preschool classes
☆ The community-driven owner at the Hub
☆ The Movement + Music as Medicine lady running the Rave Reset.

I think its prudent to note that im juggling all of this while going through perimenopause, which is a delightfully challenging chapter. But I'm also learning it's one of the most incredible ones. I feel more fearless, more passionate and more determined to share my message and bring this work to more people than ever before. I'm also more excited about my work and thr new directions it continues to take me in, even when the brain fog hits.

Whichever way you found me, I'm so glad you're here. Pop a comment and tell me how you know me!

I blooming LOVE what I do.
Whether its working with early years, new mums, children, teens or community. Running my Rave Resets. Music as medicine. Holding the space The Village Hub Every bit of it lights me up, and I never get tired of sharing it.

But what I LOVE about this photo is its reminder I've been given lately, and it's for every single one of us. Whether you love your work or not. Whether you're at a desk, working from home, in an office, in the creative arts or in corporate.
Sometimes the most important people to keep happy are the eight-year-old you and the 80-year-old you.

So wear whatever makes you happy. Dopamine dress whenever you can. Cover yourself in sequins if that's your vibe. Smile and feel that sum on your face. Find your laughter again. Follow 🌻Cat Googe | The Joy Queen to make you belly laugh even whem things feel heavy. Put on the music that makes your body want to move. The music you cant help but jump around to. Let yourself dance like your little inner child would, with complete freedom and abandon, because music, movement, rhythm and play can rewire, release and reset us, whatever our day looks like. No matter what we're carrying or navigating. Its a way back to ourselves. Its our call to come home. Its where we can find joy, no matter whats happening around us.

So this is a reminder to make your eight-year-old self smile at your antics.
Make your 80-year-old self grin with pride.
Out of our heads, into our hands and back home to our bodies.
One magic beat and moment at a time.

Because music, movement, rhythm and play can rewire, release and reset us. And one day your 80-year-old self will be grinning that you did it!

Are you having a s**t week?
Hormones raging? Work getting on top of you?
Feeling overwhelmed? Got a million plates spinning? Deadlines to hit? Loads of pressure and expectation on you? Feeling exhausted? Feeling heavy as the nights draw in? A bit low?
Or are you feeling good and just need a reason to move your body, connect with people and have some fun?

Whichever it is, your body already knows how to get rid of the stress. You just have to let it. Give it the space to do what it remembers. This is coming home to the body.

It's not about being a dancer. Your nervous system just needs a beat. Your brain is seeking out a lovely rhythm that will make you feel safe. They both need something to connect with, and the time and space to move with intention, without worrying for one second what you look like.

That's why we Rave Reset. Music + Movement as Medicine, music up, phone down. And let the rhythm guide you.....

Curiosity Patch Wildlings!

So many of you have left Sensory Seekers over the years as your little ones grew, heading back to work and saying the same thing: "I wish you did something for older children."
Well as it's been a long time coming, this year we finally created our Curiosity Patch Wildlings sessions. And we absolutely love it.

It's a space for toddlers and preschoolers (home ed little ones are very welcome too), and it's the natural next step from the classes we've adored for the last 10 years. Think Sensory Seekers and Lullaby Baby Massage, taken one step further.

Here's how it works:
✨️ The little ones get complete free rein of the Curiosity Patch. They explore in their own time, at their own pace. They can walk through it, run around it, get creative and get comfortable.

✨️ You get to relax with a hot drink, some cake and a proper natter, and watch them navigate the space.

✨️ Then we all come together for themed songs, a little sensory play, some gentle movement, parachute fun and bubbles to finish.

It's a lovely way to weave in a story and regulate through gentle play. One hour, an awful lot packed in, and your little ones leave happy, well played and ready for a cosy afternoon snooze.

I shouldn't say this but.......
Tuesdays Chloe Westmore ~ Classes With CoCo are a bit magic!

Every week I build a little curiosity patch, a mino world for us to journey through, and together we step inside it. There's music and song to match the theme, gentle massage and movement flows, and a story told through rhyme and rhythm that carries us along with it. Your baby doesn't just hear the story, they feel it in their body, with you right there holding them.

Babies learn language through exactly this: the rhythm, the repetition, the sound of your voice, the closeness. Every week brings a new world, so there's always something new to discover together. And for you, it's a chance to escape. Leave the news, the to-do list and the noise in your head at the door, and just be somewhere soft for an hour and a half with your little one.

Whoever you are, however you're feeling, and whatever kind of week you've had, you are welcome here. Come as you are, and come as often as you like.

Swipe to peek inside a few of the worlds we've built in the last few months.

Bespoke Babies....

Finding a class that works for your whole group isn't always easy. The day doesn't suit everyone. The time clashes with naps. The room is full of people you don't know. And it's not always pitched at the right age for your little ones.
So we're flipping it. We offer a friday, but the day CAN be swapped. We offer 10am, but you CAN choose another time, and we build the session around YOU.

Bespoke Babies are private two-hour sessions for your group of 6 to 15 mums, dads or carers. Whether you're an NCT group, a circle of friends, or a mix of babies and toddlers, everything is age-appropriate and tailored to your children.

Choose what feels right:
☆ Baby massage
☆ Soft movement, music and songs
☆ Sensory-rich play
☆ Themes, messy play and crafting

Just your people, in a space that's ready for you. Book a one-off session or as a discounted bundle and keep the village growing.
