Welcoming our winter babies 👶

29/10/2026

I definitely struggled worrying about milestones with Callum and would he be the only one not sitting or not crawling or is he too old for this group or too young. But I promise you, no-one in your class is thinking that. We've had all sorts of age ranges in classes - baby massage can be anything from 6 weeks to 8 months and yoga and play from 4 months to 13 months!

They really don't all need to be doing the same thing for you and them to enjoy it - there is something for everyone and they will join in on whatever bits they want to in their own way.

Touch is so powerful, especially in the early days. So many of the benefits of baby massage and baby yoga come down to the power of touch.

Our motto is For Baby For You - and now you can have even more of the "for you" with Genna | Physiotherapist | Pilates Instructor starting her postnatal pilates classes at Mandala next week.

I'm very excited to be able to offer 20% off her course to anyone who books one of our Baby Massage or Baby Yoga courses - just book a course and your welcome email will include the promo code.
