๐Ÿ’› A little support can go a long way.

At Cradle, we know that pregnancy loss can leave people needing support in ways they may never have expected.

That's why we're here - providing Comfort Bags in hospitals, creating resources, and helping people find support through our community services.

But keeping that support available takes a community of its own.

People who donate toiletries. Those who organise a fundraiser at work. Someone who makes a small donation because they believe nobody should have to navigate pregnancy loss feeling alone.

Every contribution helps us continue this work, and we're so grateful to everyone who makes it possible.

If you'd like to support Cradle, you can make a donation through the link in our bio. Whatever you're able to give, thank you for helping us be there for people when they need us ๐Ÿ’›

If donating isn't possible right now, sharing our work helps more people discover the support that's available.

What happens after miscarriage, when everyone else seems to expect you to just carry on?

This week, Kay speaks to Clare Campion about the impact of losing her baby, the guilt and isolation that followed, and how she began to process her grief more than a decade later.

From the fear of trying again to finding support through counselling and EMDR, Clare shares an honest and powerful conversation about life after loss.

Because grief doesnโ€™t come with a timeline, and miscarriage is never your fault.

Baby Loss Awareness Week may be over, but pregnancy loss doesn't come with a calendar.
For many people, the days and weeks afterwards can be difficult to navigate. Finding the right support can make a real difference, whether that's through connecting with others, accessing practical resources or simply knowing where to turn.
At Cradle, this is why we do what we do. We're here beyond awareness weeks, beyond the conversations on social media and beyond the moments when pregnancy loss is in the headlines.
Because everyone affected by pregnancy loss deserves access to compassionate support, whenever they need it.

If you've discovered Cradle recently, you can find out more about the support we offer through the link in our bio. And if you've supported our work, shared our posts or helped us reach someone who needed us, thank you. ๐Ÿ’›

Awareness matters. Ongoing support matters, too.

Tonight, at 7pm, we light a candle ๐Ÿ’œ

Across the world, families will take part in the Wave of Light, lighting a candle in memory of the babies who are loved, missed and never forgotten.

Every light represents a little life that mattered. A baby who will always be part of someoneโ€™s story. A love that doesnโ€™t disappear.

Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, whether you speak about your baby every day or carry your grief quietly, we remember them with you.

At CRADLE, we know that baby loss can feel incredibly lonely. Tonight is a reminder that you are not alone, and that there is space for every story, every loss and every feeling.

๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ Light a candle at 7pm and let it shine for the babies who will never be forgotten.

If you feel comfortable, share your light with us in the comments. Weโ€™re holding space for you and your little ones tonight.

A little moment of visibility for a cause that matters so much๐Ÿ’œ

Weโ€™re delighted that David Styles, Matron at Royal Lancaster Infirmary, and his patient Sam appeared on this evening to share their story and talk about the work happening to improve services for patients.

Stories like this are exactly why we do what we do. Raising awareness, amplifying voices and making sure the people and organisations doing important work get the visibility they deserve.

Thank you to everyone helping us get these conversations out there. Every mention, share and new person reached really does make a difference.

๐Ÿ’› This Baby Loss Awareness Week, could you help Cradle be there for someone who needs us?

Behind every Comfort Bag, every support session and every resource we provide is a community of people who make it possible.

Your donation helps us continue providing practical support and compassionate resources for people affected by pregnancy loss, at a time when life can feel incredibly difficult.

Whether itโ€™s a one off donation, a regular contribution or fundraising in your workplace or community, every bit of support helps us continue this work.

We know that Baby Loss Awareness Week can mean different things to different people. If youโ€™re marking the week in memory of someone, supporting someone you love, or simply learning more about pregnancy loss, thank you for being part of a more compassionate conversation๐Ÿ’›

If youโ€™re able to support Cradle, weโ€™d be so grateful.

๐Ÿ’› Donate today and help us make sure support is there when itโ€™s needed. Visit the link in our bio or feel free to drop us a message if you have any questions.
