Who says you have to be hungry on a ‘diet’?!

This is why I love Slimming Worlds food optimising plan - because truly you never have to feel hungry again!

I myself go to my Slimming World group on a Thursday morning so I like to have a bit of a decadent brunch when I get home.

Today I opted for a sausage, egg and bacon bap - yum! I can eat all this and stay on plan knowing this will not hinder my weight on the scales next week.

Wholemeal bap - healthy extra fibre choice
Bacon (I removed the rind before cooking) - free food
Sausages x 2 - 3 SWIPs (1.5 each)
Eggs x 2 - free food
Ketchup - 1 SWIP
All cooked in 1 cal cooking spray

That’s right guys, the long awaited cheese toastie bites are coming to group! And I cannot wait for you all to be able to give them a try!

Thank you very much to my leafleting crew this weekend 😁 couldn’t have got the last leaflets out without you.

So that’s now 3000 households in Holbeach fully aware of where to find our Slimming World group at Holbeach Methodist Church every Thursday at 5.30/7pm ❤️

Leaflets bundled and ready to go for when this weekends cavalry arrive to leaflet with me 😁

Don’t worry - we shall all be armed with a trusty wooden spoon (or two 😉)

Will my leaflets be dropping thorough your letterbox?!
