After telling my furbabies I am going into the cabana.....they race me to my room impatiently waiting for me to unlock and open the door.
They both demand to be on the couch leaving no room for me so I end up sitting in my chair to meditate! No hardship really 😅
So far they have slept for one hour in the nests they made 😘 love my boys 💜💜
I don't think they are ready to come out of their meditations yet?

Such good advice on many levels.
Careful who you hurt with your words.
Mental chatter can destroy your peace.
Bring sunshine into your life and not mood swings.
Live within your means money is not guaranteed.

So last night my 5 year old granddaughter requested a new dream jar as hers isn't working!
Me : What are you dreaming for?
Granddaughter: a unicorn

Goodness...time flies especially with Timeless 💜
None of us takes the time to "just be" decisions are made in moments no planning just reacting. Shall I take that call? Shall I open that email? Forever on the run no planning just reacting.
The brain is controlling your body wishing you should have would have could have moments putting pressure on to act instead of just being.
All this reminded me of Reiki principles
Just for today :
Let go of anger
Let go of worry
Be grateful
Be honest in your work
Be kind to yourself and others

So even Reiki Masters need to remember to read the priciples of Reiki to enforce their choices in life
