How do residents get evacuated in the event of an emergency? 🚨
 
Our staff recently took part in Evac+Chair and RESQMAT training, building the skills needed to safely manoeuvre and assist residents during an emergency.
 
This training is offered to direct Care staff and our Therapy team, as they are the colleagues who support residents with moving and assisting. 🤝
 
Keeping our residents safe, supported and at the heart of everything we do. ❤️

From starting his career as a care apprentice 13 years ago to leading innovation across The Marbrook Centre, Ollie continues to use technology and AI to support safer, more person-centred care.

We had a fantastic time enjoying our tropical-themed experience, complete with fun quizzes, colourful leis, tropical accessories and plenty of smiles along the way! 😎
