Starting Monday 13th of April we will be offering the covid-19 spring booster. Walk ins are welcome.

Who is eligible?
- Adults aged 75 and over
- Individuals who are 18+ and immunosuppressed

⚠️ System Update – NHS Spine Connection Restored (Partial) ⚠️

Dear Patients,

Our computer system is now slowly reconnecting to the NHS Spine, which means we are beginning to receive electronic prescriptions again.

However, there is still some disruption to the service, and we are currently working hard to clear the backlog of prescriptions that were delayed during the outage.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your continued patience and understanding while we get everything back on track.

🚨 Important Notice – NHS Spine Connection Issue 🚨

Dear Patients,

We are currently experiencing an issue with our computer system being unable to connect to the NHS Spine, which means we are temporarily unable to receive any electronic prescriptions from GP surgeries.

Unfortunately, this may cause delays in processing prescriptions, including repeat orders, until the connection issue is resolved.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to minimise disruption. We are in contact with our system providers and the NHS to get this fixed as soon as possible.

We’ll post an update once the issue has been resolved.

We’ve opened up more capacity tomorrow (Friday) morning 8am – 12pm for NHS Flu and COVID vaccinations for walking in patients. You can still book online for appointments throughout the day.
