Daniel, and Support Worker Tracy, enjoyed a long walk through the Ashridge Estate. They worked up an appetite for lunch and coffee and Daniel enjoyed chatting to the staff in the gift shop. A great day of exercise, good food and community inclusion. And the weather did its part too 😊.

Sunday morning saw Richard and support worker Neil up and out for an active walk around the garden centre. Neil made sure it was an interesting and sensory experience for Richard and they sat in the bird feeding area for some time listening to the birds sing. How lovely to be out and about enjoying nature.

Looks like Christmas has come early for Chloe and her team Jane and Jen! Not sure we should be posting this yet, but Chloe looks so happy, we couldn't resist!

After a successful trip to the office to do a spot of shredding, Jackie then enjoyed a lovely, autumn walk. Obviously Peter Rabbit was up to his usual tricks, hiding in every picture, can you find him?

What an amazing achievement for Alex. Staying away from home for a break may be easy for you and me, but for Alex this is the first time for a long time that he was brave enough to venture away from home. And what a great short break it was! Supported by is Support Worker Neil and Mum, he visited Bournemouth. He took a trip down memory lane to his old boarding school, the Winter gardens and Pier before walking six miles along the beach to Boscombe.
It was a fabulous trip full of community inclusion and new experiences. Well done Alex.

Daniel and Caroline were long overdue a catch up. So, supported by their Lead Support Workers Sue and Jacob, they decided to meet up in Notcutts Garden Centre. Caroline enjoyed her tea and cake and Daniel had a coffee. They loved doing a bit of people watching and are keen to meet again soon. There's nothing like a good catch up with friends.

up with old friends.

It was off to Warner Lakeside Hotel for a fantastic long weekend for Chris and Lead Support Worker Raph!

Chris loves to sing and entertain, so when the evening’s entertainment began, he didn’t hesitate to join the performer on stage for a fabulous rendition of Stand by Me!

He made new friends and danced with many fellow holidaymakers, Chris had an amazing time.

At Partners in Support, we know that community inclusion is about more than just being there, it’s about belonging, building friendships and having the confidence to be yourself.

Well done Chris and Raph!

Daniel and Support Worker Tracy planned a fantastic day out to Willows Farm, where they spent the day meeting the animals, feeding them and enjoying all that the farm could offer.

One of the highlights for Daniel was watching the sheep racing, something he particularly enjoyed!

At Partners in Support, we believe that community inclusion plays an important role in building confidence and helping the people we support live life their way. Days out like this provide opportunities to experience new things, meet people and become more confident within the local community.

Daniel certainly embraced the opportunity, even taking the time to chat with parents and their children and sharing his thoughts on which animals were the best to feed! 😊

What a great day, Daniel!

Richard's swimming update!

Another fabulous session in the pool, and not content with just learning to swim, Richard decided a bit of water weight training was also needed. Well done Richard and Team! This is a fantastic achievement and the growth is evident.

It's great to see Daniel back at Saracens Rugby Club with his support worker Darren. And even though Saracens were beaten by Sale 17-21, Darren loved the atmosphere and being back in the rugby community.

Here's to the next match!
