A little update on nail appointments 🤍

After giving it some thought, I’ve decided that while Rowan is still so tiny and my time in clinic is limited, I’ll initially be offering just 2 nail appointments per week.

This may increase on weeks where Rich or family members are available to look after Rowan while we work. If we have childcare in place, I’ll happily open up some additional appointments, but for now I don’t want to overcommit or take on more than I can comfortably manage.

A few things to bear in mind:
• Nail appointments will be limited to 2 slots per week initially.
• Appointments will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• There will be no evening or weekend availability for nail appointments.
• Additional slots may become available when childcare allows.

I hope you can understand that I’m trying to find a balance between being a new mom, enjoying this precious time with Rowan and gradually finding my feet back in clinic.

✨ A little update on my return to clinic ✨

I’m so excited to be getting back to Lucent Clinic, and I’m finally happy with the plan I’ve put together for my phased return.

From Tuesday 13th October, I’ll be working:

Tuesday–Thursday
12pm–3pm
3 appointments available each day

The 12pm start means there will be more flexibility for me, and the opportunity for you to book an appointment during your lunch break, without having to take as much time out of your working day.

Occasionally, Rowan will be with me in clinic, so I’ll be allowing a little extra time around appointments to make sure I’m able to tend to him if and when needed. I hope this won’t be a problem for you all, and I really appreciate your understanding while I find the balance between being a mum and getting back to doing what I love 🤍

I’ll be keeping my appointment numbers limited initially while I settle back into clinic life, so availability will be a little more restricted than usual.

I can’t wait to see you all again 🤍

As everybody knows, I’ll officially be on maternity leave from 1st September. During this time, I’ll obviously be giving myself time to rest, spend time with Rich and our baby boy, and most importantly, enjoy every second of this very special time.

That being said… I still have access to the clinic, and knowing me, I’ll probably want to pop in every now and again for a couple of hours a week to keep myself sane 😂 and maintain some sort of work routine.

Aesthetics will always be my main priority. It’s what I started my business to do and what I’m most passionate about, so clients wanting to book aesthetic treatments will naturally be prioritised.

However, I do plan to open the occasional nail appointment for some of my regular clients. These slots will be very limited and may be few and far between, depending on how I’m feeling and how things are going with baby boy.

A few of you have already messaged me saying you’ve had your nails done elsewhere and that you already can’t wait to come back to me… and honestly, I LOVE YOU 😂🥹❤️

So, no promises and definitely no regular diary just yet, but if I fancy a couple of hours of appointments here and there, I’ll pop some availability up on my stories.
