An evening of movement, stillness + connection with pilates.with_kerry and ELLISTORE - Wellbeing | SiĆ¢n Ellis Williams at šŸ“Lakeside Brasserie, South Cerney, GL7 5TH

Join us in a beautiful lakeside setting as we move through an energising mat pilates class, followed by an immersive candlelit soundbath, oracle card reading, homemade sweet treats + a warming drink.

A little time to slow down, switch off and settle into the cosiness of autumn.

a little reminder that new beginnings donā€™t have to wait for a new year, and that sometimes the changing seasons are all the encouragement we need to slow down, reflect and realign with what matters.

turn your sound up, take a deep breath + just listen

I could hear + see this in my head before I made it

this little end of a very special beach is almost always completely empty early in the morning - shallow water lapping over rock pools, with a gentle breeze always moving through

anyone whoā€™s been to one of my soundbaths knows how much I layering sound . iā€™m forever wishing I was an octopus šŸ™ with eight arms so i could play everything at once

here, the sea + the wind became my extra hands - natural instruments layered with crystal singing bowls (root, solar plexus + third eye) and my aqua koshi chime

my first time properly experimenting with recording, editing + looping like this, so be kind - I loved creating it . I definitely want to explore more sound in nature, layering what I play with everything already there waiting to be listened to

a new weekly home for ELLISTORE - Wellbeing

iā€™m so excited to announce that I will be bringing ELLISTORE - Wellbeing soundbaths to Koco Bloom, Cheltenham, for a new weekly Wednesday evening residency.

Koco Bloom is a new, beautiful, purpose-built, luxury wellbeing studio and the perfect setting for sound. my weekly soundbaths will take place within their infrared studio, bringing together deeply restorative sound with the restorative properties of infrared therapy - a space designed to help you slow down, switch off and reset.

like all ELLISTORE - Wellbeing soundbaths, every detail is considered - from the sound itself, to scent, comfort and atmosphere - creating a fully immersive sensory experience.

being away always makes me reflect on why it makes me feel so much better

being self-employed, Iā€™ve noticed how much I can crave a break, yet how hard it can be to actually find the time to let myself have one. thereā€™s always something I could be doing, someone I could reply to, something I could be planning - and sometimes it takes a few days for my brain to catch up with my body and properly switch off.

but then itā€™s like a magic light turns on / something shifts. ideas start flowing again, inspiration creeps back in and I find myself genuinely excited to get going again.

and this is just a little reminder that it doesnā€™t always need to be a holiday. it could be a weekend away, an evening to yourself, a long walk, a soundbath perhaps - those little pockets of space from the everyday matter too.

sometimes stepping away is exactly what allows us to come back with more.

Sunday 11th October . 5:00 - 6:30pm . Jenkins Swim Studio

float weightlessly beneath the candlelight for a deeply immersive ELLISTORE - Wellbeing soundbath, created to help you completely switch off from the outside world.

every detail is considered. the gentle movement and warmth of the water. candlelight flickering above you. relaxing incense and palo santo to cleanse the space. immersive sound travelling through and around the water.

then all the comfort - your own luxury double floating mattress, supportive head cushion, cosy blanket, silk eye mask and weighted eye cushion, so you can properly settle in, feel completely held and let go.

and afterwards, time to gently ground with herbal tea and a homemade treat before heading home.

more than a soundbath, itā€™s a complete sensory ritual - a truly unique floating experience in cheltenham.

october tickets are now live, with monthly autumn + winter dates to follow.

itā€™s still summer for ELLISTORE - Wellbeing, but while the UK is starting to slip into its colder months, thereā€™s plenty happening behind the scenes over hereā€¦

our summer break is being put to good use - including putting the finishing touches to our autumn calendar, with dates being released over the next couple of days.

coming this october and onwardsā€¦

- floating soundbaths in cheltenham
- yoga + sound in chipping campden
- soundbaths across cheltenham + cirencester
- extended 90-minute soundbath events in cirencester + warwick
- a brand new weekly cheltenham residency
- plus new locations, collaborations and a few more things still to be revealedā€¦
