I don’t normally talk about my personal life, but tonight something pulled me to, so I didn’t want to wait and lose the momentum. Going through a heartbreak 💔 is hard, and there’s a lot of women going through it right now,and we feel lonely, and sometimes in despair, but it’s a process, a painful process that no one can do for us. I’m sure we’ve all been there. Sharing my current emotional state with other women made me realise that it can make a huge difference knowing you’re not on your own, so, I’m here sharing this personal moment to say YOU ARE NOT ON YOUR OWN! Reach out if you need any help, no one should go through it alone. Take care of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally. I’m here for you as many of you have been for me through this 🙏 Let’s normalise talking about 💔💔💔
