🤍 A little introduction and the story behind Eunoia 🤍

I’m Rachel, a mum of three and a qualified VTCT therapist based in Measham.

In January 2022, I unexpectedly lost my Dad. I had just found out I was pregnant, and he was going to be a Grandad again. Losing him so suddenly was heartbreaking and changed my perspective on life in ways I never expected.

It reminded me just how precious life is, how quickly everything can change, and how important it is to follow your heart, make time for the things that bring you joy and embrace the opportunities that come your way.

When a local beauty room became available, I decided to take a leap of faith. It was a big step, but it felt like the right one—and in October 2024, Eunoia was born. ✨

Today, Eunoia is a calm, welcoming space offering relaxing massages, facials and moments of self-care to help you slow down, switch off and escape the stresses of everyday life.

Creating Eunoia has been a deeply personal journey, inspired by love, loss and the desire to help others feel cared for. I hope it gives you a little time to breathe, reset and do something just for you.

Whether you’re new here or have supported me from the beginning, thank you. Every booking, review and recommendation means more to me than you will ever know. 🥹🤍
