It’s been a strange year so far none more so by the amount of valued customers who we have lost this year after they passed away.

We would like to pay our respects to the family and friends of every customer who has passed or is recovering from illness at home or in hospital we appreciate you all and we wish everyone a night we future if that’s possible.

Fuel is now £2+ for a litre of diesel can you believe that?

It’s been great to see so many coming into the shop looking and buying scooters, power chairs etc to combat these spiralling costs.

Our batteries and why they aren’t the cheapest …

After Covid and even more since the latest war and shipping issues we only buy batteries people require only when they are ready to be fitted.

Our supplier is based 200m from our shop they only sell to the trade and our battery warranties start on the day they are fitted.

The process to go through before fitting them to the customers products is

On a ship for weeks often months and they a long wait for the ship to dock where the container gets put on to a lorry or freight train to head to the warehouse where they will be stored. Most suppliers like ourselves will buy a stock of batteries where they will hold them in stock which could be weeks or months before being sold. All the time batteries are not on a product they are dropping in health as they only charge once the product is driven and then charged once they have been fitted and the product is being driven unlike a car which charges with an alternator as you drive along.

After 5 years and putting many battery issues right it is very evident the way we buy and the brand we buy provides quality, safety, peace of mind and rapid response and no problems ongoing
