My broken leg wasn’t going to stop me attending the Centaur Biomechanics Equine Sports Summit! 🤓

Such a fantastic day of learning and catching up on the latest research in tack and saddle fitting, rider interaction, foot balance and promoting longevity in our horses. Led by some incredible people in the industry, even a demo by Andrew Hoy to end the day!

One of my biggest takeaways was the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to equine care. I’m a firm believer in sticking to your own lane within the equine industry, recognising the value of each professional’s expertise and knowing when to refer or collaborate. By working together as a team, we can provide the best possible care for our horses. 🩵

Full of new knowledge and excited to put it into practice when I’m back treating your wonderful horses and the riders on their backs! 👏🏼

Just a message to say a massive thank you to all my wonderful patients for your kindness and patience,

As some of you are aware I’m currently recovering from a bad break of my leg that required 3 surgeries. I haven’t had much luck this year 😅

My recovery isn’t going as fast as I would have hoped, which is beyond frustrating for me, as you guys are aware, I just want to be back working now!

But as soon as I can I will be back treating you all and treating some beautiful horses. Just wanted to reach out and say how much I appreciate all your patience and endless support 🩵🩵🩵

After a few weeks of rest and recovery, I’m pleased to say my hand is feeling much better and I’m back to treating both humans and horses.

This week will be a quieter one as I ease back into work, but from next week I will be returning to my normal workload and appointment availability.
