Rae-Marie is a licensed Pro, Menopause Champion, Awareness educator and coach dedicated to raising awareness and understanding of menopause in the workplace and communities.
Passionate about turning her own experience from surviving to thriving, Rae-Marie now supports women, families and organisations through education, open conversations and practical guidance around menopause and wellbeing.
She works with businesses, councils and community groups to help create more supportive environments. Rae-Marie is also a radio co presenter and host on Swindon 105.5, using her voice to raise awareness on women's wellbeing and menopause. Alongside her menopause work, she facilitates meditation and wellbeing sessions, helping people pause, reset and reconnect.
