Hey,

As you might be able to see I'm in the middle of a rebrand.

I am changing my business name from
Meraki Reiki ~ Yutori so you may see a mix of the two names whilst I get everything switched over. I am still open as normal just an absolute technophobe so if anyone knows how to change a business name of fb I'll love the guidance because right now they are saying I need to submit all sorts of random things to change the name. Bear with 🥴 🙏🙏

○ Qigong ~ ~ to help with ~ ~ Sleep 🍃 ○

Do you find it hard to fall asleep?
Is your brain active?
Is this heat making it hard to sleep?

Try this 👆

Palms moving up the torso visualise leading golden light up through your body.

Flip the palms and press down, see the golden light wash down the yang fire (that activate part of you) helping you prepare for rest.

🙏

Sending calm & restful nights 🌙

♡ Women's Wellness Event 🌱

I had my little helper come along on Saturday.

I provided 4 hours worth of free Reiki & it was wholesome.

I even thought during the day, if I didn't need to earn a living, I could easily do this for free.

I met some lovely people and whilst I was out in the back sharing the Reiki, Ocean held it down for me out the front 🫡

What a little star 🌷

♡ Reiki at Willowbrook View today ♡

A beautiful place to share Reiki & Qigong.

I have been at Willowbrook for exactly 1 year now, and it has become one of the most humbling places to work.

I find, for me, it puts the precious gift of life into perspective.

It naturally makes me feel even more grateful for my life, current age, family & helps me to put down the insignificant things that really do not matter in the grand scheme of things.

But what I love the most is how Reiki & Qigong impact the residents at Willowbrook. I witness the below;

🌷 From Anxiety ~ to Calm
🌷 Repeating questions ~ to Quiet
🌷 Unsettled ~ to napping
🌷 Confusion ~ to stillness
🌷 Frustration ~ to a moment of peace

I love how safe they feel with me.

Today one resident, repeated the following throughout his experience during Reiki ~ "Wunderbar" "Oh, that's lovely" "Beautiful" "Very relaxing"

If you picture your grandparents, on this physical plane or not, you wouldn't wish more for them, to receive this kind of heart felt blissful experience would you! And that's why I am so happy to be able to provide this to help ease them in any small way.

Thanks for reading, just thinking out loud 🌱

|| Reiki & Cacao Ritual Experience ||

Client's words & gratitude from the other night when the moon was full & the energy felt right🌙

"Last night’s cacao and reiki session with my mum was truly magical ✨ Rachel always creates such a relaxing and deeply contemplative moment, a beautiful space to pause, reflect on the year so far and honour the returning of the light as we step into spring. It’s always so special to share these moments with my mum, and we’re so grateful to Rachel, who comes to my home, sets everything up so thoughtfully, and prepares the ceremonial cacao with such care. My 8 year old son absolutely loves helping with the cacao too, which makes it all the more meaningful 🤍"

Thank you, it's always a pleasure.

A little back story behind this, we booked this particular treatment in last month in Feb, and I actually left the Cacao (a key part of this experience on my kitchen side. I was pretty annoyed at myself. We sorted out the situation and made best of it at the time.
We rescheduled, and I'm so glad we did. Sometimes things really don't work out for a reason.
It was very powerful, aligned with both of them and what they had been experiencing as of late and I think the universe made me forget that bloody Cacao 😅 because actually, the experience and insights gained were needed on this night instead of the original plan.

Stay in flow when things go wrong and trust.....

Sending positive outlooks, trust and perspective shifts.
