An absolutely STUNNING performance from Penelope Appleyard Soprano yesterday. This lady travels the world (yes, you heard me) to showcase her voice, and yesterday we got to find out why!! WOW 🎤🎶

The Resident's had a wonderful time and are extremely excited that she is returning to us again soon!! Penelope's incredible voice evoked so much emotion and she captured an audience from both the Resident's and staff alike.

Rest assured, at her next performance, the tissues will be made readily available on every table!! 🤧🥹

**"Sounds of the 70's"** !! When Hummingbird Care put on a show.. They really do put on a show 🙌🙅‍♀️

Thank you to everyone who came to support the staff in their performances. The Resident's had a cracking time and loved to watch a fantastic team effort, followed by an amazing buffet of food 🤪🥳

Thank you all for your EXTREMELY kind words that we received via email, card and verbally. It was so lovely to read them all (they are currently posted on the wall in Reception for all to read.)

Here's to next year!

SWIMMING!!!! At Blackbrook Leisure Centre in Taunton 👙🥽

We had a specific request from our last Resident's Meeting, with a particular interest in going to the local swimming pool 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️ Well.. we went and made that wish come true!

Thank you to Sandie for volunteering her time to come and support this lovely outing. Not only did Sandie help make this happen, but she also continues to support Boccia games at Hummingbird!
