What a day! This beautiful lady has been through an RTC leaving her scarred and on top of that acne scarring. We are treatment number 3 with Raffine microneedle and mesotherapy. Emotional…. Minimal surgical scar tissue and acne scarring reducing- Way to go!

An amazing day at the clinic today-fully booked with minor surgery, laser and LED with FLE- not to mention adding in a little carbon facial (also known as the hollywood facial) in the lunch hour!
Carbon facial’s are no downtime and a lunchtime treatment. Perfect as a skin rejuvenation project for fine lines and wrinkles, shrinking pores and balancing oil secretion, excellent for treating problematic blackheads and acne as well as softens rough skin. Have a course of 3-4 treatments over 4 weeks for outcome.

Vol u lift and vol u body- designed by a group of plastic surgeon’s , initially for GLP-1 users, now rolled out to all who are bothered by crepey skin.
No needles, good topical treatment twice a day . You can apply retinol beforehand but make sure fully absorbed and in the morning routine apply your SPF after.
Let’s see how my crepe skin to underarms responds over the next 4 weeks- I’ve seen amazing results with this.

What is your skin type. Likely answer is NO. At BSC we do, and we take you on your journey through the treatments and into your maintenance, altering your protocol as we go through your journey. Not one size fits all.
