Myth vs Fact: What is complex care really about?

Complex care isn’t simply about providing more hours of care.

It’s about understanding the individual, their clinical needs, what matters to them and how the right support can be delivered safely and effectively.

And clinical oversight shouldn’t only be there when something goes wrong. Good clinical oversight is ongoing, helping teams stay confident, competent and responsive as needs change.

For us, that means looking beyond the diagnosis and focusing on the person behind the care package.

Because good complex care is about more than hours. It’s about the right care, delivered in the right way.
