Six years of Vivienne Nicholls, and what a six years it's been.

As our Business Development Manager, Vivienne leads our Rent a Defib division, handling sales and account management with an organisation that keeps every plate spinning. Whatever needs doing, she's usually already done it.

Vivienne doesn't just walk into a room, she lights it up. Loud, happy and full of life, she's the first to share a story, and after a life as colourful as hers, there are plenty to tell. Pull up a chair, because you might be there a while.

From the BBC to some of the biggest sporting events around, including the Olympics, Vivienne has made sure defibrillators are on hand wherever crowds gather. Every rental she arranges means one more place where help is ready if the worst happens.

Her catchphrase says it all: "Your heart is my business." Ask Vivienne why she does what she does, and it always comes back to her passion for defibs and saving lives. Six years on, that passion is as loud as ever.

While we're busy devouring mince pies and settling family feuds over Monopoly, your AEDs are still on duty 24/7. No holidays, no turkey dinners, no time off, just pure, life-saving reliability when it matters most.

🌟 A few quick reminders before we dash off:
->We've made sure your defibs are status-ready and good to go
->If you're closing your office, please update your AED status in the Circuit
->In an emergency: Call 999 first, then start CPR immediately while someone grabs the defib
