For the last few years especially, I’ve been exhausted.
Like, deeply exhausted.

I can trace it back to motherhood in many ways.
Babies waking every hour.
Years of hypervigilance.
A nervous system that never truly switched off.

And then somewhere along the way, especially with work and business, I got pulled into a paradigm that told me:

More effort = more reward.
More pushing = more success.
More sacrifice = more worth.

And honestly?
It came at a huge cost.

My wellbeing.
My peace.
My joy.
My connection to life itself.

I could feel myself drifting further and further away from the woman I actually wanted to be.

That ship has officially sailed now. ❤️‍🔥

I am no longer available for building from depletion.

I am no longer interested in success that costs me my body, my health, my presence, or my soul.

There is another way.

A formidable feminine way.
A Regulated AF way.

One where wellbeing comes first.
One where the nervous system matters.
One where we stop worshipping burnout and start honouring aliveness.
One where we feel safe to be exactly who we are without feeling like we need to be or say or do anything other than that.

I no longer believe life is meant to be forced into existence through endless hustling and overexertion.

I believe there is a different intelligence available to us.
A deeper one.

That when something is truly aligned, truly soul-led, there is a natural unfolding to it.

Not that we do nothing.
But that we stop abandoning ourselves in the process.

That we learn to move from trust instead of chronic survival.

And this is where I find myself now.

Building my business as slowly as the slowest part of me needs to go.

Leading with the feminine.
Leading with my body.
Leading with devotion instead of pressure.

Because honestly?
I think this is what changes the world.

So if something inside you resonates with this, you may want to join me for my upcoming masterclass:

Regulated AF.

I’ll be speaking about the nervous system in a way I’ve never shared before.
New insights.
New realisations.
A completely different way of understanding why so many women keep collapsing under the weight of the lives they’re trying to build.

And if it resonates, there’ll be an opportunity to go deeper with me afterwards.

So come and join us.

I’d love to have you in the room.

There’s something really hurting my heart right now.
Watching women in important positions of leadership in the online world separate from one another, then turn against each other.
I’m not here to name names or point fingers.
That’s not what this is about.
This is about naming a frequency.
A way of being.
A modus operandi.
One that absolutely reeks of patriarchy.
And it plays out in two ways.
One says:
“I matter, you don’t.”
The other says:
“You matter, I don’t.”
But both are the same wound wearing different clothes.
One dominates.
One disappears.
One inflates.
One abandons self.
Neither is love.
Neither is truth.
Neither creates safety, harmony, or real leadership.
It is win-lose.
Lose-win.
Patriarchal conditioning at its finest.
The biggest healing journey of my life has been learning that I matter too.
As a deeply enmeshed little girl, my survival depended on making everyone else matter first.
I wore self abandonment like a badge of honour.
Until eventually I could see it clearly for what it was.
A wound.
Not virtue.
And now, more than ever, I stand for a different frequency.
A frequency I believe our world desperately needs.
The frequency of:
“I matter, and so do you.”
Or:
“You matter, and so do I.”
This is the frequency I want to build my life, relationships, business, and leadership upon.
Not superiority.
Not self abandonment.
Not projections.
Not subtle power plays designed to make one woman wrong so another can feel right.
Because anything less is wounded leadership acting itself out in real time.
So please.
Especially to women in positions of power and leadership.
Can we embody something new now?
Can we stop recreating patriarchal dynamics inside feminine spaces?
“I matter, and so do you.”
That’s the frequency.
Now and always.

You are not a victim.
You are a creatrix.
But if you don’t understand the state of your nervous system…
you can be pulled into victim frequency without even realising it.
And once you’re there, everything starts to spiral.
Women, we don’t have time to live in survival anymore.
There is a deeper call.
To awaken to who you truly are.
Created in the image of God.
A woman who creates.
Leads.
Moves with power.
Let’s make this simple.
There are three core states your nervous system moves through:
1. Regulated, calm and alive
This is your power portal.
You feel:
connected
present
open
clear
This is where your truth lives.
This is where your connection to God is strongest.
From here, you don’t force.
You create.
2. Activated, fight or flight
Your system is asking:
“Am I safe… or do I need to protect?”
And suddenly you’re:
overthinking
second guessing
comparing
analysing
tightening
Your actions reflect fear, not truth.
You push. You perform. You try to get it right.
3. Freeze, overwhelm
This is the one most women don’t understand.
Your system decides:
“This is too much. I can’t fight. I can’t run.”
So it shuts down.
You feel:
stuck
exhausted
disconnected
unable to move
You procrastinate.
You hide.
You stop showing up for what you actually want.
And over time…
you start believing this is who you are.
This is where victim frequency really takes hold.
Not because you are a victim,
but because your body is overwhelmed and protecting you.
Until you understand your nervous system…
your patterns will run the show.
You’ll keep cycling between pushing and shutting down.
But when you learn how to work with your body instead of against it…
everything changes.
This is the work I’m bringing into my upcoming masterclass and program.
If this resonates, drop a comment or an emoji below and I’ll make sure you’re the first to receive the details.
You were never meant to live in survival.
You were made to create.

Pain.
An inevitable part of life.
And something we’ve been taught to shut down, avoid, and deny.
We live in a world that rushes to cover it.
To fix it.
To numb it.
As if something has gone wrong.
As if pain itself is the problem.
But what if the real distortion…
is our relationship to pain?
What if pain is not a mistake,
but part of the human experience,
just as natural as pleasure?
What if your pain is not trying to harm you,
but is quietly asking
for your presence?
Because when we ignore it,
distract from it,
or push it away,
it doesn’t disappear.
It stays.
It moves through the body,
into the mind,
into the heart.
It shapes how we see the world.
It creates protection, contraction, control.
It costs us energy, aliveness, truth.
So let me ask you something.
What are you doing with your pain?
Are you resisting it…
or are you willing to meet it?
Can you sit with the parts of you that hurt,
not to fix them,
but to love them?
Because pushing it away will never free you.
But meeting it…
fully, honestly, compassionately…
That is where your life force returns.
That is where empowerment begins.
Pain is inevitable.
But suffering the same patterns over and over again
doesn’t have to be.
So I’ll ask you again,
What are you doing with your pain?
