My body feels stronger and my mind calmer after taking a Reformer Pilates class this morning at the Totnes Pilates Studio. Such a treat to be a student rather than teaching for a change.

Our new Level 1 Pilates class is designed to help you build confidence, strength and mobility in a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment. 💛

We’ll focus on:

🤸 Mobility - moving with greater ease
🌿 Flexibility - improving range of movement

🎉 We have just 1 spot remaining in our 18:15 level 2 class tonight and 5 spots remaining in our brand new 19:30 Level 1 class at Dartington Village Hall this evening.

Our Level 1 class if great for beginners, those returning to Pilates after a break or those who want to take things a little gentler whilst still getting a good workout.

Our classes are small and friendly. There’s no pressure and everyone can go at their own pace 😊

Our Tuesday evening Pilates class has become so busy that we’re adding another class! 🎉

You now have two classes to choose from at Dartington Village Hall on Tuesdays:

🧘‍♀️ 18:15–19:15 — Level 2
For improvers / intermediate

🧘‍♀️ 18:30–19:30 — Level 1
For beginners / improvers

Level 1 is a lovely place to start if you’ve never tried Pilates before, you’re returning after a break, recovering from an injury, or simply want to go at a gentler pace.

📅 Bookings are now open for the 6-week term.
Booking for the full term is the most cost-effective option at £10 per class and guarantees your spot.
