I've just returned from a weekend retreat hosted by Vicky Foot Shamanic Practitioner and Spirit Drums @ Aurora Borealis Holistic Retreat in inverness. π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ
A stunning home set in beautiful scenic surroundings with a wonderful welcoming flow.
A large teepee in the grounds at the front of house with a stone fireplace,that the fire roared.
The weather was kind, we had showers, rainbows,beautiful sunshine and some cleansing wind gusts over the few days.
I felt very privileged to spend this weekend with a wonderful group of tribe.π
An opening space to ground and journey enabling a connection to the ancient land and ancestors. I received a new guide,who i am looking forward to working with.
Sacred space in the teepee for reaching deep within and releasing emotions,energy that is no longer required by yelling, this was an emotional and amazing experience.
A walk down to the Muir of Ord via the shore,through an overgrown pathway and seeing a pod of seals on a sandbank and when the tide started coming in, bobbing around in the water.
Time of personal reflection and exchanging stories in a relaxing environment.
Grounding and chakra opening through chanting was incredible with energy flowing.
We had an Adhoc flute,drumming session.
Collecting earth laid materials to participate in the dispatcho ceremony,which was a lovely honouring.
An amazing drumming session in the teepee with the fire roaring with the energy.
The beating of the drums, envoking chanting with such a connection to the ancient lands, tribe allowing their voices to be heard through chant,it was incredible,amazing.
For myself this weekend, a reset, through tears, sharing, alot of laughter, chanting and being with tribe π a pure blessingπ
