2 years (aka 24 months, 730 days, 104 weeks, 17520 hours) since I stopped my regular job to become a self employed therapist……& I’ve loved every 1051920 minutes!!

I absolutely love greeting you all, offering you a tailored and purposeful treatment, with space to breathe and de-stress. Even on a Friday night during a heatwave 🥵

This year I completed my myofascial release course. Most of you have had a taster and now have it as part of every session you have. It’s a much lighter touch (helping my ageing bones) but wow, does it work! If I haven’t told you about it, ask me at your next appointment.

I am not a miracle worker, but you all typically walk away from our treatments feeling lighter, physically and mentally. That makes me happy 😃.
