Are you expecting a baby and wondering how to feel more confident and prepared for birth?

Join me for the Embrace Active Birth Antenatal Workshop – a supportive and informative session designed for you and your birth partner to prepare for a calm and positive birth together.

Over 5 hours, we’ll explore everything you need to know to approach birth feeling informed, empowered and confident.

🌿 In this workshop we’ll cover:
• Evidence-based active birth education
• The stages of labour
• Breathing & relaxation techniques
• Hypnobirthing tools to release fear and build confidence
• Birth positions and movement during labour
• Massage techniques & rebozo techniques
• Understanding birth hormones and the birth environment
• Pain relief options & interventions
• The role of the birth partner
• Your choices during birth and the golden hour after birth

This workshop gives you the space to learn, ask questions and prepare as a team for your baby’s arrival.

Amazing therapist 💕

Hello & happy 1st October 🍂
A little update from me!

I’m so close to becoming a qualified Reflexologist and can’t wait to start including this as another amazing treatment I can offer you 👣

I’ve been reflecting a lot on my time studying Ayurveda in India, and the incredible treatments I trained in but haven’t yet brought into my home practice -Shirodhara being one of them (it involves a *lot* of oil and quite a bit of equipment! 👁️).
I’ve also been thinking fondly about my time working alongside my lovely Thai colleagues and the wisdom they shared.

Now, with the new space ready, I finally feel called to offer this special treatment, and I can’t wait to share it with you ✨

It’s amazing for achey, tired muscles; but particularly beneficial for newly post-partum women in their healing & recovery 💕

I will reveal more soon, but I think Autumn is the perfect time to add this new little addition to the menu✨
