I left my career in 2019 after 8 years. Then I left the religion I had spent over a decade in. Then the world locked down. And honestly? I had nothing figured out. I wasn't on some brave, intentional path. I was just done. Done performing. Done shrinking myself into a role that was slowly taking me apart. I didn't find healing because I was spiritual. I found it because I was burnt out, questioning everything, and Googling "why do I feel like this" at 2am. The career, the belief system, the version of me that kept everyone else comfortable. I let all of it go. Not gracefully. Not with a plan. I just stopped pretending it was working. And in the quiet that came after, I found Reiki. Crystal healing. Breathwork. Things my old self would have absolutely rolled her eyes at. Now I help people who are exactly where I was. Held together on the outside. Falling apart underneath.
