That is why I created The Return.
Over 12 weeks, we will move through four stages:
RECOGNISE → RELEASE → RECODE → RETURN
Together we will explore the patterns, beliefs, roles and emotional responses that have shaped you, begin releasing what no longer belongs to you, rebuild self-trust and reconnect you with your own voice, needs and direction.

You didn't lose yourself.

You just stopped believing you had permission to be seen.

Somewhere along the way, you learned that being too much was a problem. That your sensitivity was a burden. That your needs came last.

So you turned the volume down.

You learned to say yes when you meant no. You quietened the parts of yourself that felt uncomfortable for other people. You stopped knocking on your own door because every time you did, someone else needed you more.

But here's the truth.

The door to yourself never closed.

You're not locked out. You're not too far gone. You're not broken, and you don't need fixing.

You only need to remember that you're allowed to knock again.

You're allowed to take up space. To feel everything. To honour what's true for you, even when it's inconvenient for someone else.

Your intuition didn't disappear. Your light hasn't gone anywhere. The woman underneath all those layers is still there, waiting.

And she's not waiting for you to be ready.

She's just waiting for you to remember that the door was always open.

This isn't an ending. It's not a deadline. It's not something you've missed.

The invitation to come home to yourself is always there.

Trust the rhythm of divine timing 💫⭐️✨🌟

When you truly “surrender,” you align your auric field with the violet current, allowing miracles to slip through the veil effortlessly.

Violet is the frequency of transmutation. It’s the shade that appears when an old timeline is dissolving and a new one is quietly forming behind the veil.

In Reiki terms, it’s the color that slips into the aura when someone is ready to release resistance and let higher intervention take over.

This card’s violet current is basically whispering: “Your field is primed for divine interference.”It’s the signature of spiritual transmutation.

Indigo is the realm of the third eye, but not the surface-level intuition people talk about. It’s the color of cosmic certainty, the knowing that arrives before evidence.

On this card, the indigo waves represent the subconscious preparing to receive miracles before your conscious mind catches up. It’s the frequency of inner sight.

Every time you said yes when you meant no.

Every time you swallowed your feelings because they felt like too much.

Every time you made yourself smaller so someone else could feel comfortable.

Every time you gave from an empty cup because walking away felt selfish.

Those weren't the moments you lost yourself.

They were the moments you forgot you were allowed to be seen.

And here's what nobody tells you about coming home to yourself: it's not about undoing all of it. It's not about going back and rewriting every yes into a no.

It's about noticing the pattern.

It's about seeing how gently, quietly, over years, you learned that your needs were negotiable. That your feelings were inconvenient. That taking up space meant taking something away from someone else.

You didn't lose yourself overnight.

And you won't find yourself overnight either.

But you can start today by asking one question: what would I choose if I trusted that my needs mattered just as much as everyone else's?

You don't need permission to come home to yourself. You only need to remember that you were always allowed to stay.

After guiding women home to themselves for 9 years, this is where the journey begins.

Not with fixing.
Not with forcing yourself to be someone you're not.
And definitely not with another list of things you're doing wrong.

It begins the moment you realise you've spent so long being who everyone else needed you to be that you've forgotten what you actually feel like.

The journey home to yourself isn't about becoming a better version of you. It's about gently peeling away the layers that were never really yours in the first place.

The expectations you've carried.
The old stories you've told yourself.
The roles you learnt to play because they felt safer than being seen.
The parts of yourself you quietened because they felt like too much.

And here's what I've seen time and time again, working with empaths, lightworkers and deeply sensitive women who feel everything:

you're not lost.
You're not behind.
And there's nothing about you that needs to be different before you're allowed to feel at peace.

Did you know... Your energy can tell you something your thinking mind hasn't admitted yet.

One of the simplest ways to reconnect with yourself is to begin noticing your energetic response to your own life.
Not in a “good energy/bad energy” way.
More curiously than that.
Notice the conversation after which you feel strangely diminished.
The work that is demanding but leaves you deeply satisfied.
The commitment you dread before, endure during and recover from afterwards.
The person around whom your shoulders seem to drop.
The idea that creates a little spark before your sensible mind explains why you shouldn't pursue it.

Energy isn't always an instruction to leave, quit or change something.
Sometimes discomfort accompanies courage, healing and growth.
But repeated depletion is information. Repeated expansion is information too.

When women tell me they've lost touch with themselves, I don't think the answer is always to search harder for some hidden “true self”.
Sometimes we begin by noticing:
Where do I feel most alive?
Where do I disappear?
And what is that showing me?
That kind of noticing is one of the ways self-trust begins to return.
