And the feedback I've got is absolutly epic so I thought I will share it here as well to maybe inspire you or get you more understanding about this incredible energy that flows within you.

A little bit about the topic.
Each of us has masculine and feminine energy within us.

Masculine energy includes
💪goal orientation,
💪action,
💪risk,
💪and struggle.

Feminine energy includes
✨joy,
✨lightness,
✨flowing.

Masculine energy is very important in the life of every man and woman. And we absolutely need it.

Why am I passionate about this topic❓❣️

I was raised in Poland in a tiny house without a bathroom, toilet, and even water during winter.
I had a tough childhood with abuse included.
I got pregnant when I was 20, and I have been on my own since then.

For 15 years, I was a single mom, and I was always very much in masculine energy, feeling that I needed to

DO, sacrifice, and be strong.

Every goal I wanted to reach was through the path of heaviness, difficulties, hard work, and sacrificing other important things.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗜 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗕𝗘𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗢𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆.

I was able to rise up to the life I have today, which is life full of Freedom.

My desire and mission are to share this knowledge, this power, with other people so that they may also know that their dreams' lives are possible regardless of their circumstances

✨𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑰 𝒂𝒍𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆.
I start my day by saying

Thank you
Thank you
Thank you

and then I write down all the things I'm grateful for in my life. And its straightforward things like:

🌷thank you for the smile on my face after I wake up
🌷thank you for the birds I can hear from outside
🌷thank you for the delicious breakfast I'm going to prepare myself today
🌷thank you for all the money I have in my wallet and in my bank account (no matter what amount it is)

What it does is that takes you to a positive vibe that you can possibly keep during the whole day.

You can get more only what you already have, so gratitude is a powerful force that can give you more and more wonderful things in life.

You can actually focus on the bright side of life, knowing how many beautiful and amazing things and people you already have around you.

✨𝑴𝒚 𝒇𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇 𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒐𝒏

I absolutely love that part❣️

I am going deep into my dreams and visualizing my future self in a place that I truly desire to be. With all the details like feeling different textures (grass under my feet), smells, colours, and shapes.

And I try to see myself from "her" perspective (which is not easy yet very effective). It means that I am not a separate person looking at myself, like "today" Sandra looking at "future" Sandra. I am that future Sandra looking at things around me. I can see myself only when I look in the mirror or when I'm on a zoom call :-)

Doing this every day makes it impossible for you to forget why you are doing what you are doing. Why do you wake up every day and do the work even if it takes some sacrifices, even if you struggle or have doubts. It is a constant reminder that your dreams are real, and it's only a matter of time before you reach them.

So many people see themselves as failures when something they are working on goes wrong. For this reason, they scrap the whole idea. What do you think would happen if they had instead started the process over again, knowing what they didn’t know the first time around? Greatness just might be achieved, but they never took the opportunity to find it because humiliation taking over.⁣
