This is me, grabbing a coffee and writing my first social media post under my new business name. It’s scary, but I’ve put it off for long enough. So here I am, introducing myself… bang out of my comfort zone…
I’m Catherine, the ADHD Coach & Educator here at Vibe ADHD… I embrace my ADHD, making it work for me, and I encourage my clients to do the same. I haven’t always genuinely felt this way, anchored in on who I am and confident in knowing what is simply not for me. It’s been a journey, an exciting and fulfilling one, but if I said it wasn’t tough, ugly or emotional too, I’d be lying.
I can help others shorten that journey, working with my adult clients to uncover who they are, where their values lie and how their strengths show up for them. We work to declutter the mind and create the space they need to succeed.
With two energetic and curious boys of my own, I am passionate about working with parents to help them understand their child’s ADHD, how it shows up for them and how to successfully manage what can be a tense situation at home. I’m here for more than putting out fires, I work towards long term change, helping create the changes needed in order to have a calmer, happier home and a thriving child.
Coaching is not therapy. Therapy looks backwards, coaching meets you where you are today and looks to your future, moving you closer to where you would like to be… It requires an open heart and commitment.
