Sometimes it’s easy to keep moving forward and onto the next thing, but this just means so much that I wanted to record it.
This is my last week of teaching children yoga on a regular basis, (I can never say ever as I just love teaching yoga and one day it will happen again I believe 🙏) I look back at all the different themes covered, various breath work practiced, games and all the amazing feedback that grown ups have said about their child doing yoga. It just makes me feel so incredibly proud of the children, how brilliant they have been, how much fun we have had and not to mention how much they love the relaxation parts 😌
I will miss it ❤️

Keep practicing yoga at home with your little ones, they will love it and you will also 🥰

Just down to our last few spaces for The Greatest Showman summer camp on Tuesday 30th July.

Key points to make

⭐️ you bring your child and leave them .

⭐️ we have a small demonstration of what we have learnt for parents 10mins before the end.

⭐️bring your own packed lunch.

⭐️children of all abilities.

⭐️ dress code is comfortable (we will be outside if nice as well as indoors)
