🧁🍰 Calling All Halloween Bakers 🍰🧁

Our Fang-Tastic Fundraiser is taking place 2 weeks tomorrow (31st October 2026) and we are reaching out for your help on the baked goods front 🍪

🙋‍♀️ Are there any kind volunteers out there who are able to bake us a cake or some biscuits for us to sell at our event?

🙋‍♂️ Please note we are unfortunately unable to collect the treats as it gets "a bit" hectic on event day, so we would need you to bring them to the hall at about 12:45 🙏

Thank you, so, so much 💖

Sound Healing Explained ✨

Imagine a room with two pianos. When you play a note on one piano, the corresponding string on the second piano can begin to vibrate in response, even though it hasn’t been touched. This is known as sympathetic resonance.

Sound healing works with a similar principle. During a Soundbath, the vibrations and tones of singing bowls create a soothing soundscape that invites us to relax, reconnect with ourselves and become more aware of our bodies.

Life experiences such as grief, illness, stress and unresolved emotions can affect our emotional and physical wellbeing. Sound healing offers a gentle, supportive space to pause, release tension, process emotions and restore a sense of balance.

Just as one piano can respond to the vibration of another, we too can respond to the beautiful frequencies of sound.

🌿 Sound healing is an invitation to let go, find stillness and support yourself on your personal healing journey. ✨
