When you wish to get a break from the chaos or choosing some quite meditative time to re establish connection with self and spirit. Nature is a wonderful classroom. Which allows you to explore your connection with the cosmos. Messages can be received from a multitudes of sources. Be still. Just listen. Listen to the wind, the water, rocks or trees. What are they trying to communicate. Listen to the animals. Are they conveying a message? Reduce the chatter in the mind and just plug into to the very real, powerful abundant force which is nature. This can, not only, put you in direct connection to your guides. It can also provide you with a transcendent experience which defies rational thought and conventional experiences. The messages received can be illuminating, with many Aa-Ha moments. You will keep on going back. The Grand/mother has a lot of wisdom to impart. Stay centred be balanced and tap into that zero point.
