✨ NECK ROLL for a little massage magic! 💆‍♀️💖

Using your knuckles, gently smooth from just below your ear, along your jawline and down towards your collarbone.

Alternate hands as you move across your neck, keeping the pressure light and your movements slow.

Your Friday reminder to slow down, soften and make a little space for yourself. ✨

Because at Whole Entity, it’s the little rituals that create space to breathe. 🤍

Maybe it was never really about the hair. 🍂

I woke up one morning and knew I needed to cut it. Not wanted to. Needed to.

It was a deep, almost instinctive feeling that I had to do it that day.

A need to let go of the old, so a new version of me could emerge.

Motherhood has changed me, and grief has changed me. Losing my mum has changed me in ways I’m still finding words for.

She knew me through every season of my life. There is something about losing a person who knew your earliest self — especially your childhood, when you don’t really remember yourself — that changes the way you understand your own life.

It makes you realise you are standing in a completely different chapter of your life. Perhaps that’s why this felt like more than a haircut.

Like autumn.

The trees don’t cling to the leaves because they’re afraid of what comes next. They let go.

Not because the leaves weren’t beautiful, but because their season had changed.

Maybe that means letting go of a little more of who I used to be, to make space for who I’m becoming. 🤍🍂

A gentle way to take your body from busy… to bed ✨🌙

For the mothers who rarely get a moment to themselves 🤍
This short evening flow is designed to help you release tension, slow your breath, and ease into rest.

Move slowly, use support where you need it, and let your body guide you—no pressure, no perfection. Even a few mindful breaths can make a difference.

✨ Pose guide:
Repeat any side-based movements on both sides.

1. Standing Side Stretch
Inhale, reach up. Exhale, lean side to side.
Create a little space for yourself.

2. Pigeon (on to bed)
Keep it upright or gently fold.
Breathe into the hips—no pushing.

3. Supported Child’s Pose
Rest into pillows.
Allow yourself to be held for a moment.

4. Half Butterfly Fold
Fold softly over your leg.
Nothing to achieve, just to feel.

5. Supported Reclined Butterfly
Lower down slowly, support where you need.
Let your breath become slow and steady.

6. Side-Lying Twist
Roll gently onto your side.
Soften into stillness.

✨ You’re allowed to rest
✨ You don’t have to do it all tonight
✨ Take what feels good, leave what doesn’t 🤍

Save this for when the day feels full 🤍

Some days don’t look how you thought they would… 🤍

The house might be messy
You might feel overwhelmed, or exhausted

But that doesn’t mean you’re not doing an incredible job.

Sometimes it’s the smallest things that matter most—
Like taking a breath.

This is your reminder…
You’re doing way better than you think 🤍

…Share with a mum who might need to hear this too. 🤗✨
