Hi I’m Kerry and I am an Online Wellness Coach. I’m a single mum of one boy, my son is 15yrs old and we live in Cheshire with our cat who thinks its a dog and our dog who thinks its a toddler.

I was introduced to our health plans over 10 years ago, I lost 2 stone and 3 dress sizes and kept it off until early menopause made an appearance. Being a yoyo dieter most of my young adult life, finding a health plan that adopts a healthy active lifestyle approach, has completely changed my life and given me back the control.

While I am still on my own journey, I use our nutrition products to help with ALL of my menopause symptoms, as they really have given me my life back, energy is higher, I sleep better, hair, skin and nails are glowing, I've better mental well being and the list goes on and on. I am working on the menopause mid drift while also learning to take care of my body during this next stage.

I started coaching when friends and family noticed the change in me and they too wanted to start. I just showed them what I did and got so much joy from helping others, that I decided to attend training events to develop my skills further, I have gone on to help many people transform themselves.

Our Online Nutrition Clubs are friendly online communities filled with like minded people, we share a vast amount of support and we help hold people accountable, more importantly we help people get results. The 10 day health plans are incredibly easy to follow, fit in with your daily lifestyle and they work for everyone.

Our mission is to help10K people over the next 10 years, lead happier healthier lives.
