Meet our photographer for the W I L D & W I L D Staffordshire Female Founders Sales Masterclass + Christmas Networking 📸

Charlize is the photographer behind Whimsy & Love | Staffordshire Family & Wedding Photographer, a mum, and a big believer that everyone deserves photos that make them feel amazing.

She photographs families, weddings and brands, capturing the real moments, personalities and little details that make people who they are. She’s especially passionate about helping women and business owners feel confident in front of the camera, which is exactly why we wanted her with us.

Every woman joining us will have one free professional headshot taken by Charlize on the day, included in your ticket. Charlize will also be capturing the morning itself, so if you want extra pictures, you can have lovely pictures of yourself connecting, learning and enjoying the day.

Four of the instruments you’ll hear in a session.

The crystal bowls at 432Hz, played on the floor of the barn at . The cactus rainstick, tipped slowly from one end to the other. The buffalo drum, which you feel in your chest as much as you hear it. And the Koshi chimes in Earth and Air tones, which I carry round the room, past every mattress.

You don’t need to know anything about any of them.

You lie down, pull the blanket up, and for an hour nobody needs anything from you.

Most days, someone needs something from you every few minutes. A lift to football. A form signed by tomorrow. Your mum on the phone about her prescription. A message on the work group at 9pm.

In the barn at Far Coley Farm that stops for 2.5 hours. The mattresses are already down, there’s a blanket on each one and the crystal bowls are sat in a circle on the rug. You take your shoes off, lie down and pull the blanket up. I play. You listen.

Most of the women who lie down on my mats have never been to a sound bath before. They’ve come straight from work, or from dropping Mum’s shopping round, or from a kitchen table covered in homework. Not knowing what to expect is usually the thing that nearly kept them at home.

So this is what happens. You take your shoes off and lie down on a mat with a blanket over you. I play the cactus rainstick, the buffalo drum and the crystal bowls. You don’t have to meditate, chant or say anything to anyone. If you fall asleep, that’s fine too.

Wear your comfiest joggers and bring a bottle of water. Everything else is already there.

It’s been a long week. The laptop’s been open since Monday, the washing basket’s never quite empty, and next week’s diary is already filling up. So here are three bits of November that are just for you.

Fri 13 Nov, 11am–2pm · The Business Reset
For anyone running their own business. Get the work side sorted with 90 minutes on social media with Katie Shaw of Shaw Socials | Social Media Marketing & Management and 30 minutes with me on sales without the hard sell. In between, an hour on a mat with the crystal bowls, chimes and buffalo drum to end your working week. Light lunch included. £79 + booking fee, 12 places. Early bird 15% off until 31 October.

Sun 15 Nov, 10am–12:30pm · Awaken & Glow
A slow Sunday morning. A guided facial with Tropic Skincare, then the crystal bowls. Cake, tea and an oracle card to take home. £45 + booking fee, 12 spaces.

Sun 15 Nov, 5pm-7pm · Kundalini Activation Extended
Sunday evening, before the week starts again. You settle on a mat and set an intention, then I guide the activation while you lie there and let it happen. Some people notice movement, tingling or emotion. Some just lie still. Afterwards there’s journalling in a journal you keep, herbal tea, a sharing circle where nobody has to speak, and a closing meditation. Everything’s provided, so just bring yourself. £45 + booking fee, 8 spaces.

All three are at Eudaimonia Wellness Studio If you’ve never been to a sound bath, you don’t need to know a thing. Wear something comfy, and the mats and blankets will already be out.

Thursday, 8pm. Tea cleared away, kids tucked up in bed and your phone left in the car.

This Thursday I'm bringing Earthed to Eudaimonia Wellness Studio at Bishton Hall & Gardens. When you walk in, your mat, blanket and eye mask are already laid out. You lie down, close your eyes, and I play the crystal bowls, then the buffalo drum, which you'll feel in your chest more than hear. You don't need to have been to a sound bath before. You don't need to do anything at all.

I spent 22 years in corporate. I know what Thursday night feels like by the time you get to it. This is an hour where nobody needs anything from you.

And bring a friend. Their space is free.

Grateful for tonight. The Full Moon Sound Bath was magical.

We met at Far Coley Farm as the light was going and set off round the fields at dusk. Wet lanes, big grey skies, under the trees and past the pond, with the farm lights already on across the last field.

Then back into the Barn. Mattresses laid out in a circle, a blanket folded on each one, candles on the floor and the buffalo drum waiting. You lay down, pulled the blanket up, and I played the buffalo drum you feel in your chest, the chimes, the cactus rainstick and the crystal bowls at 432Hz. An hour where nobody needed anything from you.

To end a warm hot chocolate and marshmallows.

When we came back out, the moon was breaking through the clouds over the farm.

Thank you to everyone who wrapped up and came out on a Monday night in October, and to Far Coley Farm for the Barn.

Next at the farm: the Winter Solstice sunrise walk and sound bath, Saturday 19th December, 8am to 10:30am. 20 spaces, and early bird saves 10%.
