As some of you know, I have two passions close to my heart: my holistic work and creating soulful, handmade jewellery.
As my holistic work continues to grow, I’ve decided it’s time to give each of these beautiful parts of my world their own space.
My holistic work is all about supporting people to reconnect with themselves, uncover limiting beliefs and patterns, and rediscover the potential within each one of us.
My jewellery comes from that same place of love and intention. Each piece is created as a little reminder of all that we carry within us.
Going forward, I’ll be sharing my holistic work on this page, Wellbeing-Wisdom and Wisdom Wear allowing me to give it the time, energy and attention it deserves, while my jewellery will have its own dedicated space to grow and flourish too under Wisdom Wear.

A very special commission.

Nine friends, nine colours, and one beautiful way to celebrate a special birthday.

Dance Liberation
Move your body. Free your mind.

I’ve always loved to dance. There’s something about losing yourself in music, moving your body and letting go that makes me feel truly alive.

But when I discovered Ecstatic/Conscious Dance, with Dance Free, I experienced something different. I felt completely uninhibited. No choreography. No right or wrong way to move. No worrying about what I looked like or what anyone else thought.

Just me, the music and my body and the freedom to move however it wanted to.

And I remember thinking… I want to bring this feeling to our local area and the south of the county as most of these dances are in the north of Lincolnshire. ❤️

So, Dance Liberation was born.

A space where you can put down the expectations, quieten the mind and reconnect with your body through music and movement.

You don’t need to know how to dance. You don’t need to be fit. You don’t need to look a certain way.

Just come as you are and move in whatever way feels good to you.
