🎥 Tracey’s journey at Wellspine

Tracey came to us with neck discomfort and difficulty lifting her arm. After her first session, she noticed a real improvement in her movement — and since then, she’s described her care as a game changer.

Everyone’s experience is unique, but it’s always wonderful to see patients feeling more comfortable and moving with greater ease.

Thank you Tracey for sharing your story 💙

🎯 Force isn’t the answer — precision usually is.

At Wellspine, we use Advanced Biostructural Correction™ to focus on specific, gentle corrections that help improve how the body is aligned and functioning.

Rather than forcing movement, the aim is to support the body in making changes it can actually hold.

Because long-term results come from working with the body — not against it.

🧠 We offer Endonasal Cranial Correction at Wellspine
👉 Had you heard of this technique before?

This is a gentle, specific technique that focuses on the structures of the skull and how they influence overall alignment and function.

It’s often used alongside our approach to posture and body mechanics to support how the body balances and adapts over time.

As with all care at Wellspine, the focus is on helping the body work more efficiently — not forcing change.

If you’re curious about whether this approach could help you, feel free to get in touch 🤝
