A faulty hire car. Lied to by the hire company. Stranded on the side of a road in a foreign country. Advised to drive a dangerous car back to an airport to change it. 😱All while a child with additional needs was stuck in an Airbnb 30-minutes away! 🤯 This was not the story I thought I’d be telling about our summer.

Terrible service and zero empathy from , I think it’s time you rethink your policy on replacing faulty cars for your customers!! How about people over profits!!

Make a change; don’t let this happen to any families again!!

Confessions of a SEND parent!!

This was actually a couple of weeks ago but I wasn’t sure whether to share it! However, after having more conversations in sessions & online with parents this week going through similar stresses & challenges I thought I would share it. So you know you’re not alone if you have bad days too.

Sleep disruption when you’ve got a child with additional needs prevents the toning down of emotions attached to events; heightening PTSD!

Movement is so important to feel better. It calms a stressed system by rebalancing the brain & nervous system by increasing endocannabinoids & serotonin while burning off the increased adrenaline!

Feel stressed & anxious because of events tied to traumatic hospital events?? Do yourself a favour and get outside and move!! You’ll feel better for it!!
