Tween2Teen & Parents 💛 A little more us

As our children grow, those little moments together can get squeezed out by busy days. This is a beautiful opportunity to make some space for just you both..

Time to slow down. Time to be close. Time to try something new together...

Join us with collaboration for a sound bath and wellbeing workshop where you’ll explore sound and vibration, discover what a sound bath involves and settle into a shared moment of calm.

Get cosy, listen and unwind together. A chance to rest, feel more present and enjoy that precious one on one connection, with nowhere else you need to be for a little while 💛

For tweens and teens aged 10+ and their parent or caregiver.

From babies to our oldest generations, it’s about belonging, shared memories and reminding people they matter.

Because technology can do a lot, but it can’t replace human connection. ❤️

Feeling incredibly proud to have received a Highly Commended recognition at the UK Dementia Awards 2026. 🧡

To be acknowledged in a room full of people who are passionate about improving the lives of those living with dementia is a real honour. Being recognised for doing something I genuinely love is both humbling and inspiring.
This award reflects the power of community, connection, and creating meaningful opportunities for people living with dementia and their families.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the journey so far. This recognition only motivates me to keep going and keep making a difference.
