I have lots of availability this week!

It's really beneficial to clear and reset your energy ahead of winter before the germs kick in... Energy healing is one of the absolute best ways to boost your immune system as it puts your system into it's natural healing state.

I've kicked off two colds from the twins by giving myself a treatment as soon as symptoms start! Amazes me every time ☺️

This is such a special part of my work. To see how people can come together and feel so held in a safe space, and discover a side of themselves that they didn't know was available to them. Each and every week brings new development, soul lessons, releasing of trauma, and deep healing.

I am really keen to start another circle alongside this for beginners, where I can help uncover their abilities, help them to understand more about themselves, and hold the space each week to help them.

If you are looking to explore more of this path, your intuition, explore meditation and group work, and meet like-hearted people, then please let me know. I can run this circle on any weekday aside from Friday 💛

From the day we arrive on the planet
And, blinking, step into the sun
There's more to see than can ever be seen
More to do than can ever be done
There's far too much to take in here
More to find than can ever be found
But the sun rolling high
Through the sapphire sky
Keeps great and small on the endless round
It's the circle of life
And it moves us all
Through despair and hope
Through faith and love
'Til we find our place
On the path unwinding
In the circle
The circle of life

A song we all know so well that holds far greater meaning... reflecting on humanity's shared journey 💛
