What a perfect night we had for our last beach event of 2026🤍

We now move indoors for the winter, our next event is our Halloween crafting & soundbath at in Washington on Friday 23rd October 6:30pm - 8:30pm

7th North East Skinny Dip Completed😆

At sunrise this morning we stripped off & ran into the North Sea all to raise money & awareness for Mind the mental health charity.

People often tell us we're brave for doing this.... but the real brave ones are the people who say "I'm not okay"
The ones who reach out...
The ones who ask for help when they're struggling...
The ones who, even when they're at their absolute lowest somehow find the courage to keep going.
That's bravery!!!

Because you never really know what someone else is carrying.

And if getting naked in the North Sea gets even one more person talking about mental health… we'll see you at sunrise next year & you'll be welcomed with open arms & an open heart 🤍
