✨ A little more flow, a little more fire ✨

There’s nothing better than finding your rhythm on the Reformer and then adding those extra progressions to take it up a notch. 🔥

More control. More strength. More confidence. And that “I didn’t know I could do that” feeling. 🤍

Because Pilates isn’t about rushing to the next level — it’s about building the foundations, then challenging yourself when your body is ready.

Who’s ready to add a little more spice to their Reformer flow? 🫶🏼

LET’S TALK HORMONES 🤍

Menopause isn’t just hot flushes… and there’s SO much more to understand about what happens to our bodies during perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

So, I’m really excited to be bringing you an evening of Menopause & Hormone Health with the wonderful Dr Juliet Balfour.

An opportunity to learn, ask questions and have honest conversations about women’s hormones and health — without the overwhelm or confusing jargon.

We’ll chat about the hormonal changes happening during this stage of life, common symptoms, what’s normal, what isn’t, and the options available to support your health and wellbeing.

Whether you’re just starting to notice changes, right in the thick of it, post-menopause, or simply want to understand more — this evening is for you.

And the best part? It’s completely FREE. 🫶🏻

Come along, bring your questions and leave feeling a little more informed, empowered and confident about your hormones.

✨ Our annual RWK Summer Party 🍇🍾

The most gorgeous afternoon at Wraxall Vineyard 🤍

Every year, I love bringing our community together outside of the studio to celebrate, connect and have some fun! This one is always particularly special to me because it’s my little way of saying thank you to the incredible women who show up week after week, support my small business and make Reform with Katy so much more than just a Pilates studio.

To all my regulars who could make it — thank you for being there and for being part of this community 🥹🫶🏼 And to those who couldn’t, you were definitely missed!

Here’s to movement, friendship, sunshine, w**e and the best Pilates community 🥂✨

Reform with Katy really is a community, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you 🤍

Hi, I’m Katy👋🏼

If you’re new here, welcome! I’m the owner of Reform with Katy, a boutique Reformer Pilates studio that I’ve proudly been running for nearly three years.

Whether you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates or you’ve been doing it for years, there’s a place for you here.

I offer small group classes, one-to-one sessions, two-to-one sessions (perfect for training with a friend) and my Mama & Baby Reformer classes – all designed to help you move well, feel stronger and build confidence.

One of the things I’m most proud of is the incredible community we’ve created. Reform with Katy is about so much more than Pilates – it’s about connection, confidence and making friendships along the way.

I love bringing everyone together through community events, and there’s lots to look forward to!
We have our Summer Party and Summer Club coming up, plus I’ll be organising another community walk very soon. There are plenty more exciting events in the pipeline too!

Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility, recover from an injury, or simply carve out an hour for yourself each week, I’d love to welcome you into the studio.

Thank you for being here and if you’ve recently joined this little community, I’d love to know how you found me 🤍
